Cycle Garden specializes in Moto Guzzi seat re-upholstery. After stripping your worn-out saddle we check for rust and corrosion across the metal seat pan and blast and powdercoat if necessary. By adhering to the original stitching and patterns, our aim is to give your seat the same look and feel as it did in the 70's. Please call for quotes on seat rebuilding.

Police Solo Seat

These seats are original to the U.S. export Eldorado Police bike. We carry reproduction solo seats without white lettering on the back, or we can restore and re-upholster your original solo seat back to stock with the logo.

As original to Moto Guzzi's, we re-upholster with black marine vinyl; top grain leather is available upon request.

Police Springer Seat

The Springer solo seat came as original equipment on all U.S. export police Ambassadors.

No quality reproductions are available at this time, although if there is enough demand throughout the year, Cycle Garden may begin reproducing the Springer - please email us if you're interested.

If you are fortunate to already own an original springer, we can re-upholster that seat to "show" condition. We silk-screen the old-school "Moto Guzzi" lettering across the back of the seat, staying true to the original artwork. You can order your re-upholstery with or without lettering.

Double Seat

The Double seat came on all North American civilian exports, namely the V700's, Ambassador's, and Eldorado's.

If possible Cycle Garden will attempt to preserve the original foam under your seat upholstery, this is done primarily because factory seats were "injected molded" and that type of foam is generally a denser material than any possible substitute. However it is sometimes necessary to replace that foam with a high-density alternative.

Pillion Pad

For those of you switching from a double seat to a police solo or springer seat but still wish to have a padded seat for passengers, we've developed the Cycle Garden Pillion Pad.

We use your old double seat core to make a seat for your passenger, complete with Moto Guzzi lettering on the back.
